Dave and Elise enjoyed DOOM PATROL so much they've retrogressed a few years to the beginning of Grant Morrison's storied DC career. Elise finds a far less distinctive auteur at work in issues #1 and #2, and Dave agrees (while making prophetic statements about issues #5 to 26 and piously affirming that the series as a whole is one of the most important things that ever happened to him, so you'll all probably just have to humour him on this one). Dave also finds more excuses to mention ALF.
